Well done to the Ladies team that drew 4 – 4 at home to Horsley in a tight fought match on Sunday
The KHTC team was Cathy, Eva, Sue and Nona
Bad luck to the Ladies team that lost this afternoon to a strong Weybridge A team.
Despite the quality of the opposition, the KHTC team of Cathy, Eva, Nona and Abby played well and had many good rallies.
Following the conclusion of the Men’s match tomorrow there will be a Club Session at 3.00 pm when members can come down to the club and mix in with other members for a friendly game.
The Men’s team have a match tomorrow at home versus Bagshot starting at 12:15

On Sunday 4th September we held our annual Finals Day with a great day of tennis followed by a barbecue and social.
Well done to Hannah for winning the Junior Championship, Ross for winning the Men’s singles, Cathy for the Ladies singles, and Charlie and Paul for winning the doubles.

The final match of the season is at home to Foxhills on Wednesday 24th August at 6.15. Both courts will be used.
Today should be the last day of the current heatwave and looking at the predicted temperature it was decided to cancel the Club Session this afternoon.
The courts will be closed at 12 o’clock and then opened at 6.30 this evening by which time it is forecast to be cloudy and starting to cool down.
Next week the courts will be fully open again and it is hoped that no further closures will be necessary. The club session will take place as normal.
